Student Registration Fee:
$125, due by April 16, 2004 ($150 thereafter).

Sunday Banquet:
There is also a separate banquet fee of $33 for the Sunday dinner. The cut-off date for the dinner is May 7th (formerly May 10th). We will not be able to promise a seat for those signing up after May 7th.

Please submit your abstracts by May 7th for the posters. We will not be able to promise a poster display spot for those submissions received after May 7th. Click here for the abstract submission link.
