The proceedings will be in New Astronomy Reviews, which is published both in paper format and on the web. Authors will receive reprints as well as a complimentary copy of the full proceedings. Other participants who wish to obtain a copy of the proceedings at the reduced rate of $20.00 can do so by contacting our conference coordinator, Kathleen Brower, at KHBrower@lbl.gov. We expect the proceedings will be published in early 2005. As New Astronomy Reviews is a regularly published journal, the proceedings will also be available at institutions with a subscription.
Authors should submit their articles electronically as LATEX files using the Elsevier preprint style. Figures should be embedded within the text and the .tex and figure files sent as a gzipped tar file. The completed contribution should be sent by July 9, 2004, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you try to send your contributions in promptly so that the editors will be able to take a vacation later in the summer! The editors of the proceedings will be Tim McKay, Andy Fruchter, and Eric Linder.
The page limits are 10 pages for invited plenary speakers, 4 pages for contributed talks, and 4 pages for posters.
The "elsart" preprint style is available in two forms, one for the old LATEX 2.09 format, and the other for the new standard LATEX. See the instructions for authors below for further information.
